Channelling the Rhythm of Rio - It's Carnival Time at The Piano Works, London!

[image]The Piano Works, the city's only non-stop, live music venue recently described as the hottest live venue in London by The Express Online, is hosting aBrazilian Carnival Weekend, recreating the irresistible rhythms and vibes of Rio.

 

Serial restaurateur and owner of Piano Works, Alan Lorrimer, has successfully launched and run more than 18 new start up bar and restaurant concepts includingGuanabarainCovent Garden, the most successful Brazilian live music venue outside of Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. The Brazilian carnival weekend will be hosted at The Piano Works the weekend of the25thFebruaryand will be previewed by aCarnival Parade on Friday 17thFebruary from 17.30.
 

Highlighting the best of Brazilian culture, music and dancing, theCarnival Paradewill take place outside of Farringdon Station and promises to give London a taste of Rio with a spectacular and sexy display of bikinis, sequins and feathers. Swaying to beats of samba music, the carnival parade will finish at The Piano Works where the in-house band will play a short show stopping set ahead of the main Carnival weekend, which kicks off the following Saturday.


 Friday 17th February - Carnival Parade

17:30- Dancers, Drummers and Band outside Farringdon Station

18:00- Parade from Farringdon Station to The Piano Works

18:30- ‘Taste' of the Carnival weekend at The Piano Works
