A leading Staffordshire
PR and Digital Marketing firm is celebrating the success of its latest recruit on her completion of a level 4 apprenticeship.

19-year-old Jordan Dalziel, who is now Junior Account Executive at Changeworks Communications, undertook a diverse range of roles and completed her set coursework in record time.

Whilst supporting the experienced team of six, Jordan studied a Level 4 Diploma in Public Relations set by the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) and is now taking on new challenges in her chosen career.

Sue Tupling, Managing Director said: "Apprenticeships play a vital role in new careers, helping young students to identify their strengths, build self-confidence and improve life skills.

"I've been delighted at the calibre of both Jordan and the PRCA's Level 4 apprenticeship and really think apprenticeships are the way forward for small companies."

Changeworks Communications is celebrating its 10thanniversary of operation this year and has seen nearly 50 percent growth in the last 12 months.

Jordan is now assisting with client accounts, writing and distributing press releases and social media, working in graphic design and liaising with the media.

Jordan commented: "Changeworks is a great place to work as I have broadened my skills and worked with a range of different clients and understood the industries they work in. I have been offered the opportunity to carry on my career as part of the team and proudly accepted."

Sue continued: "I am pleased to say that we have taken Jordan on in a full time role and look forward to her continued success."
