Leading Swindon independent estate agent, Castles Residential Sales & Lettings, continued to grow in 2016, despite adverse trading conditions.

Lettings at the business grew rapidly, taking the total number of rented properties Castles have managed to over 220.

Castles also celebrated its second anniversary in its Commercial Road, Swindon premises and welcomed its latest recruit, sales consultant Charlotte Cornwall.

Now with 19 staff, the company is larger than it has ever been, having grown almost five-fold since it was established in 2002. The Castles’ team now comprises:

·                     Nine sales staff

·                     Two directors

Mark Noble, managing director at Castles said: “Last year presented a number of significant challenges. However, we grew our team with some exceptional new talent and launched our new website, complete with its online valuation calculator. Much of our success in 2016 was down to our people understanding the evolving nature of the property market and helping our clients take advantage of new opportunities.”
