Portlebay Popcorn: The Gourmet Snack of the Season

Devon based flavoursmiths Portlebay Popcorn, are one of the few truly independent popcorn companies in the UK. The originals creators of the classic Crispy Bacon & Maple Syrup, and now the first UK manufacturer to create Sweet Thai Sriracha, have been seeing a surge of interest in their product throughout the country and across the channel into Europe as the world searches for healthier snacking option.
 

So that everyone has the chance to try the collection of artisanal flavours, they have now launched an online store where snackers and gift buyers can purchase everything from a variety box of eight luxury flavours for £9.30, to twenty-four impulse packets for £17. There will be a Christmas sale on boxes bought throughout the festive period, including 25% off all smaller bags and gift-wrapping for £1. 

 By hand popping a combination of rapeseed oil, raw cane sugar and the finest butterfly corn, they offer a crunch and flavour to rival any supermarket or commercial brand. They are currently stocked in Tesco, Sainsbury's, Booths and independent stores and delis across the country.

• First established in May 2012 by Neil Adams, Jonty White and Steve Wardlaw, Portlebay Popcorn is hand manufactured at The Poppery in Plympton, South Devon. The purpose built factory is open for tours upon request.
