Swindon homebuilder TJS Homes is sponsoring Swindon Supermarine Youth FC’s U13N 9-a-side team.

The company will be the club’s shirt sponsor for the 2016 / 17 season.

The deal is TJS Homes’ first corporate social responsibility commitment since the business was formed in 2015 and company founder Tom Deller is looking forward to an exciting season for the team. He said: “As a Swindon business, we’re delighted to support a Swindon team. When we were approached by Martin Langford of Langford Tiling in Swindon, whose son plays for the team, we were only too happy to get involved. The under 13s 9-a-side team has had a great start to the season and we think they’ll do extremely well.”

Nigel King, the Swindon Supermarine U13N coach, said: “All of us, including the club management, coaching staff, players and parents, are extremely grateful to Tom and the staff at TJS Homes for their sponsorship of our team. It has enabled us to provide a new home kit for this season. We’re a new squad and this is our first campaign, so the sponsorship is really helping us create our identity as a team.”

Swindon Supermarine U13N currently lead the North Wiltshire League Division 1 and have progressed through the early rounds of both the League Cup and County Cup. The club emphasises performance over results at this level and aims to promote team spirit, hard work and a style of football all the players enjoy.
