The technology the company employs allows them to produce gemstones that are as elegant as mined diamonds and just as beautiful - but without resulting in any environmental damage. The man-made stones are also less expensive but equally as durable as their mined counterparts.
Jason, who qualified at Cardiff University with a degree in Applied Chemistry helped to co-develop the new IQ Diamond. It is the most technologically advanced diamond alternative in the world. It consists of a pure diamond layer, which is grown directly onto the surface of a super white high tech ceramic core using mCVD technology.
The CVD mantle bonds covalently to the atoms of the ceramic core, with the result that the diamond layer becomes a continuation of the mother core. The stone is the only one of its kind in the world that tests positive for diamond on the respected Presidium Multi-tester.
