Over twenty years ago, Salisbury District Hospital developed a moisturising cream for patients recovering from burns and plastic surgery. It is still used by staff treating post-surgery patients and those with other poor skin conditions. Due to its popularity My Trusty skincare was launched in 2013 and now offers a range of skincare products based around sunflower oil.

My Trusty Little Sunflower Cream is based on an original formula developed by clinical scientists at the NHS. It contains 5% pure sunflower oil making it rich in essential fatty acids with no parabens, colours or perfumes and is quickly and easily absorbed into the skin.

The cream is available unscented or lavender scented with pure lavender oil added and comes in two sizes, 100ml tube or 250ml pump.

My Trusty products have reported to have had beneficial effects on skin conditions such as dry, itchy skin, dermatitis, eczema and acne. Suitable for use on everyone including mums to be and babies over the age of 8 weeks. All profits from My Trusty go back into improving patient care.

Brilliantly British is an online marketplace dedicated to selling products made in Great Britain. The company selects the cream of home grown British talent and the terrific range of products that they manufacture, promoting them through a one-stop shop window for the best of British.
