Stewart Garden is once again exhibiting at Glee, the premier trade show for the garden and leisure industry.
The company, now over 70 years old, has a lot to be proud of and to celebrate. Stewart Garden continues to invest and grow and looks forward to showcasing exciting new initiatives on its stand, 18K14-L15.
Stewart Garden is particularly proud of some big moments in the last year, consolidating its commitment to win.
Continued successful
launch of new products
Launched in 2015, the Varese
planters collections has gone from strength to strength, exceeding its targeted
growth. The elegant, Italian inspired planters are widely available and now come
in three stylish colours and three sizes:
Tall (75cm) Medium (55cm) and Low (35cm) in Dark Brown, Sandstone and Granite
Further investment in
manufacturing excellence
Stewart Garden invested £400,000 in a new rotational moulding machine at its Banbury factory. The investment supports the product and range commitments to the decorative planter category. The new machine will allow 27 per cent increase in production.
Investing to support
consumers and retailers online with a new website
Launched in April, Stewart Garden’s new website is supporting shoppers, making it easier and more enjoyable than ever to browse products and select stockists. Extensive consumer testing was a part of designing the site to deliver the best experience and journey for the consumer using a clear layout and simple navigation to display the market-leading product range.
Commitment to grow
the successful Schools campaign
First launched in 2012, Stewart Garden Schools Campaign has engaged with over 100 schools nationwide, challenging pupils aged 6-11 years to get creative with Stewart Garden products. Schools taking part receive a kit worth more than £400 to get their projects up and running. The winning school receives £1,000 to spend at its local garden centre.
Looking forward to Glee 2016, Juan Pillay, marketing director at Stewart Garden, said: “There’s been so much happening here at Stewart this year, as visitors to our stand will discover. We’ll be announcing the winner of this year’s Stewart Garden Schools campaign and launching the 2017 campaign. We’ll also be presenting many new products at the show.”
Stewart Garden’s grow your own products, pots, watering equipment, propagators and garden accessories are available in over 1,600 outlets across the UK and Eire. These include DIY outlets such as B&Q, Homebase and Wilko and garden centres such as Dobbies and Klondyke/Strikes, Wyevale and over 600 independent garden centres.
