TEGOS ACQUIRES enwis) ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS ASSETS AND CUSTOMER BASE IN FOUR TERRITORIES

Tegos GmbH is an international software provider and independent software vendor (ISV) for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the recycling and waste industry, headquartered in Dortmund, Germany.

Their daughter company Tegos Systems Ltd. with a focus on driving international expansion has now acquired the distribution rights for the enwis) environmental solutions software and customer contracts from the company Prodware SA based in Paris, France for an undisclosed amount.

Customers using enwis) in the UK & Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and France will now have their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system provided directly by Tegos rather than by Prodware as previously.

Historically, the German Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Tegos GmbH developed the enwis) ERP solution which is Certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This was first launched in 1996 and has successfully become a market leading ERP solution used within the recycling and waste industry.

Previously available through the Prodware group of companies, Tegos will now be able to work directly with their enwis) customers in these territories, underlining the importance of these customers and enabling the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and requirements.

enwis) was developed using Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP technology and provides companies with a fully integrated business solution that manages entire complex business processes and provides essential and transparent management information resulting in higher profitability for their customers.

In these four territories, Tegos will be led by Jason Fazackerley and Brian Weatherill, who previously worked for Prodware in the United Kingdom. Tegos’ immediate focus will be to ensure a smooth transition of existing customers and to continue to grow the business of their customers.
